Sending of documents is a simple process of scanning the required documents, saving them and uploading the files on the accounting software itself.

There are trained and qualified professionals, accountants and trainees in eSCV with strong foundations in accounting & finance. The training itself is a regular ongoing process. eSCV benefits with the experience and long-standing expertise in accounting and taxation matters. Also, training sessions are to be provided by the client companies on specific laws, language, process, software etc.

Electronic files are used for the whole process and the physical paper or files never leave your office. The electronic files remain only on your server and eSCV team gets only the rights to access data for processing the information.

  • Client assistance limited to specific/ sensitive data . Training on basic language is to be provided by the client’s team.

  • Use of web based tools to translate any (e.g. Danish) language/ data into English. Also, use of dictionaries and various other programs available on the web.

  • Preference to use of the accounting software's available in English.

  • After considering the demerits and merits of different software's, we used the web based software -“e-conomic”. The project started with the training on use of this software.

  • We use standard software for Payroll and Accounting

  • We also work on client customized software after getting necessary training on use of these softwares.
